Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@personalizegiftshop.com with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about your refund approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will provide a replacement or refund.
